Context
In Algeria, prestige property is sold like everything else: on classified-ad sites, in phone photos, and almost never in Arabic.
RAHA wanted the opposite. Few properties, chosen one by one, each presented as a collection piece. For Algerian buyers, for the diaspora buying from abroad, and for sellers who expect discretion.

(02)
Challenge
Two problems in one. Build a showcase worthy of the properties, in three languages. And let a field agent, uneasy with writing and photography, publish to it from a phone.
The starting point: 43 of the 46 catalogue photos were under 1,200 pixels wide. Most came in through WhatsApp.
(03)
Strategy
A house, not a counter. RAHA is built like a publishing house: a collection, one story per property, and a refusal of anything that looks like a marketplace. No counters, no packages, no badges in bulk.
What we chose not to do matters as much. No automated valuation: without public transaction data in Algeria, an algorithm would lie. Instead, a human, confidential valuation.
Arabic is not a translation. Dedicated typefaces, letter-spacing removed to keep cursive joins intact, larger body text: right-to-left is treated as a design language, not an automatic mirror.

Process
I carried the project end to end: benchmark, editorial platform, art direction, copywriting, design and development.
Development was done with an AI coding agent, under my direction. Four dated audits (functional, interface, security, performance) and one rule: every screen checked by screenshot, on mobile and desktop, in French and in Arabic.
(05)
Execution
On the public side, a site of 13 templates. Each property has its own page, written like an article, with a room-by-room tour and a PDF brochure generated on the fly. The exact address never leaves the back-office.
On the business side, a six-step listing wizard, with a tutorial mode that replays a fictional villa without saving anything. AI drafts the text and retouches the photos, under an instruction spelled out in full: invent nothing. The suggestion appears next to the field, never in its place.
Under the hood: Next.js, Supabase and Vercel. Invitation-only back-office, email two-factor authentication, access rules written into the database itself.
